Chocolate Chunks Cake…. Heaven!

I made a cake today and it was absolutely wonderful! We all loved it! It was like heaven… just melting in our mouths like snow through our warm fingers…

I’m calling it Chocolate Chunks Cake!

A little bit of heaven...

 

Here is the recipe 🙂

200g butter
200g sugar
3 egg
200g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
150ml milk
1 tablespoon vanila sugar/powder
100g (at least) chocolate and 150ml cream for the sauce on top

1. Put the oven on at 175 degrees.
2. Wisp the sugar and melted butter under fluffy.
3. Mix in the eggs one by one whilst stirring.
4. Mix together the flour and baking powder then add to the mixture together with the milk.
5. Break up at least 70 grams of the chocolate into chunks and stir into the mixture.
6. Butter and coat with breadcrumbs a cake form. I used a ringed cake form. Put the cake mixture in.
7. Bake in the oven on the lowest shelf for 40-45 minutes.
8. When the cake is done and cooled a little melt the rest of the chocolate and add the cream. Stir well and pout over the cake….
9. Sit down with a nice cup of coffee and piece of cake and ENJOY!!!
